The Pitbull Tackle Adjustable Sinker Release is an improved cannonball sinker release for salmon trolling. Using counter-balancing and the tension on the line, the Pitbull Tackle Adjustable Sinker Release creates a smooth release of the weight after a fish strike. What really sets this release apart is the 4-Way Adjustment on the back of the release mechanism. This allows any angler to adjust the tension at which the lead ball drops while trolling. If small fish are biting and causing you to lose lead unnecessarily, simply set your snap swivel to the top hole for maximum tension. If you want your release to be on the highest sensitivity when dropping the lead, adjust your release by setting your snap swivel on the bottom hole. The Pitbull Tackle Adjustable Sinker Release is constructed of 100% Stainless Steel, including both snap swivels, to give maximum corrosion resistance in salt and freshwater environments. The edges of the release mechanism are rounded off to create a smooth finish; no more trouble with line fraying on sharp edges of your release. UV-Enhanced tape is used to provide ultimate visibility underwater and a Glow-In-The-Dark eye is used in the center to add yet another level of attraction.
